Randall Bennett Obituary

Randall "Randy" Bennett, passed away after a prolonged illness in Monroe, Washington, August 16, 2025. He was born April 5th 1951 in Seattle Washington, to Joe and Shirl Bennett. At age14, his father Joe, who worked for the Boeing Company, was transferred to the Everett plant. His family then moved to Kirkland Washington for a closer commute, where Randy attended Redmond High School before enlisting in the US Army. His military service was spent in North Carolina where he honorably served from 1969 -1971.

Randy was the first of Joe's three sons to continue the family legacy at the Boeing company. He worked 43 years at the Everett site in various positions within manufacturing and management. He was a knowledgeable mentor to others; well-liked and respected by his co-workers.

Randy was an avid Seahawks fan, who could always be counted on for a lively discussion during football season. He loved animals, and had many pets in his lifetime. He raised English Bulldogs for a number of years, and always enjoyed sharing stories about each of them. As a long-time resident of Snohomish Washington, Randy loved the area, and enjoyed boating and fishing out on Puget Sound.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Shirl Bennett, and his son Shane Bennett. He's survived by his three siblings Rich, Nick, and Lynell of Idaho, his daughter Sandra of Spokane Washington, three nephews, one neice, and three grandchildren.

Rand had a strong love for his family and friends, and will be missed.
