I remember Spencer from working for the Edmonds School District, at an Elementary School not far from Mountlake Terrace Elementary, where Spence was Principal. I knew both of his Office Managers, and still keep in touch with one of them; Willa will Welcome Spencer to Heaven. Spencer was a Great Educator, and very Fun to be around; he had a great Personality! I have Good Memories of Spencer. Julie DeNoma
