To The Family of Phillip (Phil) Usher: So sorry to hear that your Loved One has passed away. We have known Phillip at least since his dad had the tire store in Yucca Valley. We know that all of you will miss him dearly but remember all the good times you had over the years with him as the memories are so precious. May God bless all of you at this time as you grieve and always be there for each other. I must tell you that you that we are Bruce and Marilyn Tarbutton and we had our CPA business across the highway on Apache Trail and we even did some work for Lee way back when. This is sent with our deepest sympathy and lots of love. Marilyn and Bruce
