Rose Singleton Obituary

Rose Marie Singleton, 60, a native and resident of Gibson, passed away on November 25, 2018.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until Noon on Wednesday, December 5, at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, 4615 N. Bayou Black Dr. in Gibson. Funeral will follow with burial in the Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ms. Rose is survived by her husband, Milton Singleton Sr.; daughter, Chassity Taylor; sons, Milton Singleton Jr. and Clayton Singleton; brothers, Author Mosely III, David Mosely, Murphy Amos Mosely, Percy Mosely, Larry Mosely, Gary Mosely and Calvin Mosely; sisters, Diana Norman, Jannie Wright, Caroline Mosely and Betty Pierre; and 14 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Elnora Mosely; son, Michael Taylor; brother, Sterling Mosely; and sister, Priscilla Mosely.

Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
