Aleyamma Ignatius Obituary

ALEYAMMA MANGALATHIL IGNATIUS, 53, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2002 in Houston. She was born on February 15, 1949 in Kumarakom, Kerala, India. Mrs. Ignatius is survived by her husband, Ouseph Ignatius, daughter, Jasmin Ann Ignatius, son, Jerry Joseph Ignatius, mother, Thresiamma Kurian, sister, Mariamma Jose, brothers, Kurian M. Kurian, T.K. Abraham, and M.K. Joseph. She is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, August 11, 2002 at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Sunday, August 11, 2002 in the Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery. All her life she gave of herself unselfishly, especially to her husband and children. She did nothing out of selfish ambition, but in humility she considered others better than herself. In her life she persevered through many trials, and fixed her eyes on the prize that lay ahead of her, eternal life by the blood of Jesus Christ. She fought the good fight , She finished the race, She kept the faith.
