To the family of Dan Bailey,

I want to take this opportunity to express my condolences for the passing of Dan. Dan and I go back to our days at PVA&M as well as our 2-3 tours in the Army. He and I attended Graduate School together at Golden Gate University. I am deeply saddened by the news. Though I had not heard from him recently, my heart is heavy today to learn of this loss that "we" have suffered... In your time of bereavement, know that there are friends of Dan's here that grieve with you... Take solace in the fact that "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord". I know Dan is with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.. My prayers are with you (in His name)...

My deepest sympathy to the family of LTC Dan Bailey. Dan and I were classmates at Prairie View and were commissioned in the same year. Our paths crossed once in our military careers in Germany. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
