1983-2018
Our sweet angel, David Thomas Staudt of Richmond, TX, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Born on January 8, 1983, David was our strength and inspiration, a blessing from God, His perseverance and inner strength to continue to fight battles in health and limitations amazed us. His beautiful smile and contagious laughter filled our lives with joy.
David gave us the gift of unconditional love and taught us how to love without words, without limits, without reasons. He taught us to savor the beautiful moments we have every day, because ultimately life is fragile and someday all too soon, we must say goodbye.
Family members that will live on to honor David's life are his parents, Tom and Bridget (Standish) Staudt; sister Rebecca Staudt, brother Garrett Staudt, sister Diana (Staudt) Pearson and her husband Gary; nephews Gregory, Charlie, Bennett; and niece Cora Pearson; grandmother Elizabeth Rhein Standish; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
David was preceded in death by grandparents Joe and Mary Louise Staudt and Thomas A. Standish.
David's family wishes to give special thanks to Esther Sullivan for the love, patience, and dedication in assisting in the care of David.
David will be honored in a private service. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1426 George Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471.

I'm so sorry for you loss. My Becca told me about David's passing, she had seen it on your Becca's facebook post. I can't even imagine what you are going through. Of course, I only remember David as a baby when I would baby sit him and Diana. My heart is so sad. Sending hugs and prayers for you and your family.

I happen to met Becca at Camp For All when I was up there for the Arc of Greater Houston's Camp Champions in July 2011. Becca was a polite person at Camp For All. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of David.
