Mrs. Levine,

My name is Dan Leone and I am a

member of the West Houston Squad-

ron. I've known Jim over the years

and needless to say I'm very sad-

dened to hear about his passing.

Jim was a great guy and everyone

liked him. I really learned a lot

from him when it came to safety

and marshalling aircraft. If there

is anything I can do for you,

please do not hesistate to call me.

Sincerely.

Mom just called me and we're just stunned, but so happy to have had you both as neighbors for those 5+ years. Our hearts go out to you, Dot, and your family.

Dear Mrs. Levine, I'll always remember the night when he was dis-oriented and I asked him how long he had been married to you. He looked me straight in the eye and said "52 years!", without missing a beat. I knew that he was a remarkable man. Please accept my condolences for his passing. God bless you and your family.

Jim,

I hope you know much you were loved, admired, and needed. You always had an amusing story to tell, a kind word for everyone and everything, and was one of the most sensitive and compassionate men I ever knew.(My Dad, and your best friend, was the other one!) Now you and Dad are up in heaven together, doing what you love most, flying with the angels. The world was a better place for having you in it. Please know we love you Jim...You will be missed, but never forgotten.
