I sure miss Uncle Jack.
We are still telling Houser stories. I'm very blessed to have those memories. I hope the girls have landed on their feet. Some people occupy more space and so leave reat vacancies. That was Jack.

Anna Margaret and Rachel,

Boy was I surprised to get the news from mom (Jane). I have fond memories of all the time that we spent together and think about you girls and Jack often. There were a lot of firsts with you girls and your dad, my first horse show, my first chilli cook off and too many more to name. My thoughts and prayers are with you both and hope that there is some peace in this sorrowful time. Love, Veronica Mitchell

Dear Anna Margaret & Rachel, my heart goes out to you both at this time. Rich and Veronica send their deepest sympathy to you two as well. Your dad made such a difference in the lives of all those he touched. His laughter and joke telling always livened up the party. Memories of your dad bring out his guitar and getting us all joining in a sing-a-long... Remember our trip to your uncle's camp in Louisiana and your dad and uncles told ghost stories and then later, when you children were just about asleep, those three "haunted" you with all their ghostly trickery. We all have such fond and precious memories of the fun times with your dad. The last time I saw your dad, a few years ago, he was filled with stories of his two girls and how proud he was of you both. He loved you two so dearly and you will always be his precious shinning stars. God bless you Anna Margaret and Rachel and cherish all your memories. Love Jane

Anna Margaret and Rachel,
Your Dad was a true friend indeed! We are all left with so many wonderful memories of Jack, his music, his laughter, his jokes, his tales(some very tall), stories of his love for his special angels, Bean, Worm, Anna Margaret, Rachel, Boudreaux and Little Jack. I love you and share in your loss,

Jack,

The Houston Area Coating Society misses you already! We know you are being well taken care of now and we hope to see you again in the not too distant future. We have that promise. You have always been a huge support to Ruth Ann and I. We both are going to miss you singing "Turn Out The Lights" at the Annual Coating Society Trade Show event. We will sing it for sure, so be listening for your part! We are praying for your family and friends knowing they miss you also. Wish You & I would of had time to write a hit song. Start working on it now and we will finish it together. Love You Jack!

Jack, my wonderful friend...I'll miss the laughter! You could always be counted on to tell a really good joke, or just a sounding board for all my nonsense. Thank you always for the laughter, the love, and mostly the friendship. I'll see you on the other side...."Gonzales"!
