Michael Paul Pounds, 83, devoted father and beloved husband of the late Esther "Joni" Pounds, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, August 19, 2025, in Houston, Texas.
Michael is survived by his three sons, Greg (with wife Paula), Steve (with wife Dinica), and John (with wife Elizabeth), as well as his cherished niece April (with husband Nick). He leaves behind five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A service will be held on September 2, 2025, at 10:30 am, at the American Heritage Funeral Home, located at 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
