My wife (Doris) and I have such fond memories of Steve and Marilyn. We met them in Huntsville, where Steve and I were going to college, and Steve and I were both in the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity on campus. And, when Doris and I moved to Rosenberg, in the late 1960's and I entered the teaching profession, Steve and Marilyn would come to Rosenberg and we would play cards and dominos, and laugh and laugh and laugh. It was such a wonderful and fun and memorable four-some, and, it seems just like yesterday...! I had left a message, regarding this, several years ago, but, just wanted to leave another message....

I'm saddened to actually read the obituary of Steve. I loved him, his sweet smile & twinkle in his eyes. As a child I looked forward to seeing Steve at Grandma's. My daddy loved his younger brother, he was so proud of him & his work at NASA. I was told about Steve's passing about a month after. I'm so sorry that we weren't at the service. Gina, Stephen- your dad was a great man.

Steve (& wife Marilyn) were dear friends of ours when they lived in Huntsville (Sam Houston State in late 1960's), and, Steve and I were in the Sig Ep Fraternity there. Their daughter Gina and our daughter Laura were the same age and played together as tots. Unfortunately, time and distance separated us and we saw less and less of each other over the years, BUT, they were wonderful, fun-loving people, and they both left behind a lot of very fond memories. God Bless.

Hi. I had the privilege of knowing Steve as a co-worker in the Shuttle Avionics Integration Laboratory (SAIL) in Bldg. 16 at JSC Houston. He was a gentleman and a dedicated Engineer. I am saddened. Condolences.
