Chas was always such a vibrant and happy person in all my interactions with him. He was pleasant, friendly, and always had a "smile" and a "Hello". He will be missed by all at the credit union.

I remember when Chas was in second grade and my daughter Annelise Hall had a huge crush on him. She couldn't even walk past him without blushing.
