Norma Pauls Obituary
Jeanne was born on October11, 1942 in Pocatello, Idaho to Newland and Emma Foster. She was raised in Pocatello and attended beauty school after graduating high school. She married Fred Pauls on September 29, 1962 and welcomed 2 daughters. She and Fred lived in Pocatello where she worked at Dorothy Wilson's hair salon until 1977 when they moved to Boise, Idaho. She took a job as a school lunch cook for 16 years and always referred to the students she served as "her kids". She went on to work at Hewlett Packard, Jabil and St. Luke's Children's Specialty Center.
Jeanne was an awesome wife, mother, grandma, Gigi and friend. She lit up every room with her infectious smile and friendly personality. She never knew a stranger and was always the first one to help if it was needed. She loved with all her heart and always had a positive attitude. She will be truly missed.
There will be a gathering to celebrate her life on July 28, 2024 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Guerber Park in Eagle, Idaho.

I just got notice of this today or I would´ve definitely paid my respects. I grew up a couple of doors down from Jeanne. I went to school with Melissa, who was a good friend for many many years. I remember Jeanne´s fantastic cinnamon rolls from the school lunch room recipe and I have yet to find a cinnamon roll that tasted like hers. She was a wonderful lady, very caring to the neighbor kids, a second mom. She will be very missed. I will pray for her family in this time of sorrow.
