I am devastated to hear that my cousin Bud is gone. My heart goes out to Mary Mac, Lee, and Pat. Please let me know when the memorial at Crown Point will be.

My heartfelt condolences to the McDougal family. Long, long ago Bud took me to their home so Mary could look after me while my mother, Hope Passi, worked. Every summer as I pass that house in Donnelly I think of that day because he proposed, saying "when we grow up we should get married." It always makes me smile. He may have been eight or nine years old at the time. It is wonderful to see what a successful man he became from such small town beginnings. His kindness and caring were evident even back then in seeing that a little girl felt safe and wanted. God bless you, Bud, and your family.
