Emmett, Idaho - Samuel F. Ragland III passed away Friday, January 6, 2023. Sam was born May 26, 1959, to Samuel Ragland & Leta McCullough.
Sam will be remembered for his love of life, his infectious laugh & his love of family. He enjoyed his Harley & airplanes.
Sam is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Vanessa. Sam is survived by his wife, Sharon; son, Nick & daughter, Samantha, as well as 7 grandchildren.

Sam was one of my favorite customers at my job at commercial tire in Emmett Idaho. I moved away 4 years ago and am sad to hear of his passing. He will be missed.

Sam delivered our newspaper without fail for so many years. We could always count on him.
He'd give us a little beep of his car's horn to announce the paper at times, or we'd happily hear his truck on our road when we were out on the Lake waterskiing. Always reliable. Always reassuring to have him come by.
We admired Sam's dedication, and felt his friendship, even if it was from afar. We will miss him very much.
