Michael Dennis Dyar, 66 of Taylors, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 at his home.
Born September 12, 1952 in Anderson, he was a son of the late Clinton J. and Doris LeCroy Dyar. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Randy Dyar.
Michael is survived by his son, Michael Dyar of Anchorage, AK and his former wife, Judy Dyar-Meadows of Duncan; and brother, Danny (Lisa) Dyar of Deerfield Beach, FL.
The family will receive friends from 12-1:30pm Monday, September 24, 2018 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm in the chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Brent Lollis officiating. Burial will follow in New Silver Brook Cemetery.

Clarence and I were saddened by the news of Mike's death. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you, Michael and Danny, during this difficult time. The last time I saw and talked to Mike was at Public's at University Square. I would have recognized him although it had been a long time, because he looked so much like Clint.
