Beloved husband of Antoinette (nee Petruczelli); devoted father of Joseph (Bridgit) Devine, Christine and Kathryn; loving son of Edna Devine; brother of Edna Fuchs and Janet Devine. Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing Friday, 7 to 9 P.M., and Saturday, 8 to 9:15 A., HOLLEN FUNERAL HOME (Thomas J. Fluehr F.D.), 3160 Grant Ave. (W. of Academy Rd.). I'm really sorry to hear about Chuck's passing. I worked with him at PTC and will always remember him as being a good guy and mellow. 52 years, "We're only dancing on this earth for a short time". He left folks with a warm feeling when you met him. He was a kind and caring soul. RIP my friend.

We grew up with Janet & Charlie Devine in the "old neighborhood"; we were all kids together. My brother, Michael, & Charlie were pals. Just heard the sad news this evening.
