Dear Diane, Lisa, Kellee, Lori and Jerry,
Please know there are no words that can ever adequately express our sorrow to you. Frank was the epitome of a virtuous, honorable, kind, generous and decent man, in all facets of his being. Keep him safely tucked within your heart and trust that he is never far from you. It has been our honor and privilege to be his neighbor and friend these past few years that you've lived in West Norriton. We are very grateful and most fortunate that he held our hearts in friendship and that our paths were destined to cross. He will remain within our hearts forever....

To the Family of Frank Brooks. I can only offer my condolences for your loss, along with my prayers. I can tell you that I was proud to call Frank my Friend. If Heaven has a Highway Patrol, I am sure that he is at roll call now, preparing to hit the street and you know he is loving it.
Always keep him close in your heart and forever in your mind and he will serve as your faithful guide in the toughest of times. God Bless you all.

My father is and always will be a hero to me. He fought a tough battle. He made his mark in this world as a great Police Officer, Friend, Husband, Father and "Pop-Pop". He was the kind of person you could lean on and trust with anything. Always knew how to make the best of any situation. He will be missed greatly. I know in my heart he is at peace and no longer in pain. I want to thank everyone for all the love and support he was given, it meant so much to him and we will never forget that.

Frank was a dispatcher for us, sadly for only a short time. In that time he served as a lifeline for the officers on the street. He quickly became a friend and, at times, a mentor. The trust in him was complete. He will be missed, but we know he goes to a better place.
