JEANNETTE A. (nee Ranieri), 84 years of age, of Havertown, PA. on May 26, 2008. Beloved wife of John G. Crockett. Step-Mother of Roger G. Crockett. Dear sister of Walter, Robert & the late Roy Ranieri. Also survived by her grand-daughters Barbara C. Anderson & Christina A. Crockett & her great-granddaughter Charlotte Day Anderson. Relatives & friends are invited to her Funeral Mass Friday, 10 A.M. Annunciation BVM Church, Havertown, PA. Int. Lawnview Cemetery. Calling hrs. Friday 8:30-9:30 A.M. THE DONOHUE FUNERAL HOME, 8401 WEST CHESTER PIKE (cor. LYNN BLVD.), UPPER DARBY PA, 610-449-0300. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory to American Cancer Society, 1615 W. In a time of mourning I apologize for this unorthodox intrusion. I saw a Barbara C. (Crockett?) Anderson mentioned and I feel you may be the very same Barb (Baldwin School) I knew so well from Dunk's in Bryn Mawr a lifetime ago.
So, Barb, I didn't know your grandmother but if you were as nice to her as you were to me I'm sure she had a wonderful life knowing you were in it. You always made me appreciate your goodness and presence and I'm sure she felt the same. May she rest in peace.
And if I have the wrong Barb, I again apologize. However, I just couldn't let this moment pass without an acknowledgment. My heart felt condolences go out to you all.
