JOHN KUCOWSKI Obituary
JOHN T. "Jack", on Oct. 13, 2010. Beloved husband of Gerry Kucowski (nee O'Hanlan) and the late M. Charlotte Kucowski (nee Lewandowski), dear father of Michael, Kenneth (Kathleen), Keith (Ian Conachy) and Kim Kucowski, loving grandfather of Anthony, Courtney, Chelsea, Charlotte and Natalie, dear brother of Lorraine Kirby (Joseph), Robert Kucowski (Jean) and Eleanor Liney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his brother Edward Kucowski and his daughter-in-law Mary P. Kucowski. Relatives, friends and members of Pilsudski Sportsman and Fraternal Assn., AL Walter Mason Post 152 and Greater Wildwood Elks 1896 are invited to attend His Viewing Mon. eve. 6 until 9 P.M. and Tues. 8 A.M. until 9 A.M. THE REILLY FUNERAL HOME, 2632 E. Allegheny Ave. Funeral Mass 10 A.M. Church of St. Matthew (Upper). Interment to follow in Resurrection Cem. In lieu of flowers your donations to MPK Scholarship Fund, c/o Mayfair CDC, 2990 St. Vincent St., Phila. PA 19135 would be most appreciated by his family.
