He and his beloved spouce were alwasy there to support our mission to preserve & promote History.
He is gone, but NEVER forgotten.
May he rest in eternal peace with the Lord.

Dear Family & Friends of Joe & Monica,
I was stunned and greatly saddened at the passing of our long time member and friend - Joe McCollough.
He was a dedicated, loyal and amiable member and friend of the General Meade Society. He and his beloved bride, Monica were stalwart supporters of our Society and mission. He was a veteran and member of Legion Post 366 and through his good graces, the Society was able to meet there and hold events there for many years.
I can still see his smiling face and joyful presence at many of our past events, helping pour Champagne at the General Meade Birthday or attending our ceremonies.
We wish his family our deep sympathy at his passing and condolences in this time of trial and mourning.
He will be missed, but we know that he has ascended to his reward and rests in the arms of the Lord. May he rest in peace among family, friends and fellow warriors.

Michael,
It was with a deep sense of sorrow that we learned of the recent death of your dear Father. Death is always a difficult time for those of us who are left to mourn. But if we believe that death is the beginning of a beautiful and everlasting life, we can gain strength in the knowledge that someday we will be together again with our loved ones.
