Joe was one of the greatest human beings that every walked the streets of Port Richmond. He loved his family first, his friends second and neghborhood third. Joe was a kind guy who would always help someone in need. He was a true believer in, " it is better to give than to receive." Countless peoples lives are better today because they knew Joe. Joe an avid railroad operator has gone to the big train yard in heaven to be our Lord Jesus Christ, his parents and his many pet dogs. We are all blessed to have known Joe. We can all be sure he will be watching over us. My heartfelt condolences to his wife Marge, his sons Joey and Jay, his daughter in-law Joanne and his grand-daughter Devon. May my good friend Joe rest in eternal .peace.
