My condolences to the Rich family. I worked with Joe in the late 60's and early 70'. He was the greatest joke teller, he had one for every occasion. I had the pleasure to be detailed along with Joe to the NYPD For two months in 1972, you couldn't ask for a better partner. God Bless you Joe, tell St Peter a good one.
