BOOTH


ROBERT E. BOOTH SR., M.D. of Gladwyne, PA, formerly of Haddonfield, NJ, died on Wednesday March 11, 2009, at the age of 90. Dr. Booth was predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Elisabeth Collinson Booth; and is survived by three children, Robert E. Booth Jr., M.D. (Katharine) of Gladwyne, PA, Leslie Booth Faust (Stephen) of Annapolis, MD, and Alison Booth Halloran (Thomas) of Chestnut Hill, PA; as well as 10 grandchildren: Courtney, Robert III, and Thomas Booth; Whitney, Lauren and Hilary Faust; and Booth, Reid, Gardner, and Dillon Halloran. His Service and Interment will be private . In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Penn School of Medicine, "Trustees of The University of Pennsylvania", gift in memory of Robert E. Booth, Sr., M.D., Office of Development and Alumni Relations, 3535 Market St., Suite 750, Phila., PA 19104-3309. Attn: Leah Cianfrani

We are so sorry to hear of his passing. Dr. Booth Jr. operated on me in 2001 and 2002 and is a very caring man as I am sure that his father must have been.
