Dear Jane and Family:
Karen and I are so sorry to hear of the Steven's passing. As you know Karen is recovering from her recent surgery at Devon Manor and I am unable to attend his funeral due to a presentation commitment today. Steven did a significant amount of mentoring for me during my career and I am deeply greatful for his interest in my success. He was a wonderful friend and we always enjoyed the dinners and other events we shared over the years. We will miss him very much.

I am very sorry for your loss. Steve was such a kind and wonderful person. He was respected by his partners, associates, support staff and clients. No one ever had a bad word to say about him. Dear Jane, Howard, Alison and Ellyn:
It is with a sad heart that I write this. "Sad" is the best word to describe how I feel. I'm sad for all of you because your Steve meant so much to you and he will be missed. I'm sad for your him because you all meant so much to him and all he ever wanted was to be with his family. Finally, I'm sad for myself because I really liked working with your dad. He was a very kind person and we just really clicked together. So many clients, acquaintances and friends have called the office. This is a testament to the person he was and the effect he had on people. The office will never be the same without him. Please accept my sincere condolences and know that your Steve will be missed by a great many people. I will continue to pray for you and ask God to help you through this difficult time.
