Kathryn Ann Clark

1958 - 2021

Kathryn Ann Clark (Kathy) was born June 18 1958 in Hamtramck to Alan and Judy Brandemihl. She grew up in Livonia and graduated from Livonia High School.
Kathy remained living in Michigan throughout her life spending the majority of her life in East Tawas. Kathy was many things but first and foremost she was an amazing Mom! She put so much into caring for her four children, and that care extended to pretty much everyone she met, especially her grandchildren.
Kathy married the love of her life, Lon Clark, in 1999. They lived a happy life together surrounded by friends, family and all of Kathy's pets. She loved animals especially her dogs and cats, her dog Leroy was well known as he spent pretty much all his time glued to Kathy's side.
Kathy was the most amazing wife, mom, sister, grandma, aunt, and friend. She never met anyone that she wasn't willing to lend a hand to. Kathy's family was never limited by blood or marriage, she believed that family was the people that you loved and surrounded yourself with. She was a second mom, aunt, sister to so many people.
She passed away on Oct. 6 in her home with her husband and brother at her side. Kathy is preceded in death by her mother, Judith Brandemihl. She is survived by her husband, Lon Clark; her children, Amy (Abe) Lee, Terry (Tasha) Alderman, Kyle (Amanda) Alderman, Beverly Alderman, and Jessica Clark; grandchildren Megan, Alex, Veronica, Aleena, Anya, Jade, Syreena, Kyle Jr. and Vinnie; brothers, Alan (Sandra) and Neil Brandemihl; as well as multiple nieces and nephews, and so very many friends.
Services for Kathy will be held on Oct. 15, with visitation from 10 a.m. to noon and the funeral ceremony at noon at Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City.
