Richard Lentini Obituary
1946 - 2025
Lynn - Richard A. "Rick" Lentini, age 78, of Lynn, passed away unexpectedly at Salem Hospital on Saturday, January 25, 2025. He was the husband of the late Lorraine "Lori" (Knight) Lentini and son of the late Bertha (Konovalchik) Lentini. Rick had lived in Lynn for the greater part of his life and was a graduate of Lynn English High School and the Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology .
Rick served in the United States Army and had worked for many years as an engineer at Analogic until his retirement. He loved skiing, walking the beach, hiking and astronomy and was a member of a ski club and an astronomy club. He always kept a close eye on the stock market. Rick and his wife Lori traveled extensively and enjoyed time in the White Mountains.
He is survived by his two children; Michael Lentini and Rachael Lentini; as well as his grandson, Makoa Lentini, all of Lynn.
Service Information: His memorial visitation will be held on Saturday from 4-8PM in the SOLIMINE FUNERAL HOME, 67 Ocean St (Rt 1A), Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 320 Nevada St #201, Newton, MA 02460. Directions and guestbook at www.solimine.com

Sorry to read of Rick's death. He was my neighbor for years in Lynn. I remember his little backyard building without roof for his telescope viewing. May Rick's Soul Rest in Peace.

Married to Rick for 5 yrs, had Michael , Met him in Asbury Park, NJ he brought me to Massachusetts , met his Mom Bertha, she was a great mother-in-law and grandmother( Bupshi). Rick loved his hobbies, worked hard. He will be missed by his family.
