JOSE "GUERO" BECERRA
Nov. 21, 1975 - July 13, 2014
Jose Becerra, 38, of Brawley passed away on July 13, 2014 in Yuma, AZ.
Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 8 a.m. at St. Margarets Mary Church in Brawley, CA. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Jose was born in Brawley, CA. to Josefina and Ramon Becerra on November 21, 1975. Jose attended Brawley Schools and joined the California Conservation Corps after high school. Jose loved going to casinos, traveling and skate boarding. He was the life of the party at all family gatherings and had a great sense of humor. He had a tender heart and loved to help those in need.
Jose was preceded in death by his mother, Josephina Becerra; brother, Ramon Becerra and nephew Edward Sanchez III.
Jose is survived by his father, Ramon Becerra; brothers, Steven (Debbie), Manuel (Julie), Archie (Vanessa) all of Bakersfield; sisters, Martha (Joe) Eulalia, Sheila (David), Sylvia (Ricardo) all of Brawley; also sisters, Ana Alvarado of Bakersfield and Mercy of El Centro; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Arms from Tennessee; 29 nephews and 21 nieces.
A special thanks to Patsy Marquez, Margie Cornejo and Michael Gaspar, who were always there for "Guero".

Guero we miss you so much .It's boring not having you here on regular basis ,your phone calls ,laughter,especially your awesome jokes about what ever came to you mind to make the crowd laugh with tears. I can just go on , but there's too much to say other than I know that we your friends miss you and will always remember the jokes ,and look up in heaven at you and have a good laugh together.dedication song Under the bridge RHCP.

Mijo I can remember when mom pass u came 2 me and said I had 2 b the one 2 take of u and the most time u needed me was the last days u left peaceful mijo im so happy just to know u r with mom patio and ure nephew broke 1 mg until we meet again sure sis lala beautiful memories of u that I will for ever mijo I will b here 4 sure for my lil bro Archie ur twin always
