David R. Folk

Lafayette - David R. Folk, 64, of Lafayette passed away Franciscan Hospital after a brief illness on July 13, 2018.

He was born in Lafayette on June 17, 1954. He was the son of Robert L. Folk and Joyce Dye Folk. He was a member of the first graduating class of Tri-County High School, he attended Indiana State University.

He married Cynthia Conkle in 1981. He enjoyed reading and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving is a daughter Ami Folk, of Lafayette; mother, and sister Mary (Louis) Salvadore of Wolcott.

Private family services will be held at Foster-Clapper Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 17, 2018.

Now you can see the train and where it's been and where it's going no more guessing about the end of the rail or what was in each of those cars you can see it all now. No more trips to the netherworld or wondering what is beyond the horizon all this you can see clearly now
