Robert Hutson Obituary
Robert A. "Bob" Hutson, 55, of Lafayette, formerly of Brookston, passed away at 8:20 a.m., Tuesday, October 11, 2011.
He was born May 23, 1956 in Lafayette to Dorothy "Dottie" Hutson and the late Ed Hutson. He was a 1974 graduate of Frontier High School and attended broadcasting school in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Bob worked for Kirby Risk Supply Company for several years and then held various jobs in Florida, Indianapolis and the Lafayette area.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a true sports enthusiast. He enjoyed Frontier athletics and was an avid Indiana Pacers fan.
Surviving with his mother are three brothers, Steve Hutson (wife: Stacy) of Fishers, Brian Hutson (wife: Cara) of Pendleton and Michael Hutson (wife: Beth) of Edina, Minn.
Also surviving are five nieces and nephews, Alie, Jorie, Emma, Jacob and Jack.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home in Brookston with Pastor Tom Watt officiating. Interment to follow in Brookston IOOF Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Brookston United Methodist Church.
