David Palacio Obituary
David was a Junior at Dixon High School in Sneads Ferry where he was in the marching band and also the track team.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2017, at the Infant of Prague with Father Jeffrey Bowker presiding.
He is survived by his parents, Jairo H. Palacio, Isabel C. Palacio; brother, Eduardo Palacio of the home; grandparents, Maria Teresa Gonzalez of Pereira, Columbia, Antonio Jose Gutierrez of Pereira, Columbia, Jairo Palacio of Brooklyn, Columbia, Eloina Araigo of Deseose, Columbia.
The family will be receiving friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2017, at Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville.

Esta noticia nos a dejado con mucho dolor en el corazón. Me acuerdo cuando compartimos con todos y los momentos que tuvimos con los niños. Es increíble como la vida nos puede cambiar en un instante. Los siento por la perdida de David, solo les puedo decir que dios nos a dado las esperanza de que muy pronto volveremos a ver nuestros seres queridos en un nuevo mundo dándonos a todos esa maravillosa esperanza que muchos anhelamos. Por favor no pierdan la fe de volverlo a ver. No se alejen de Dios aunque la vida de ahora en adelante no sea igual, Dios sabe que lo necesitan. Los queremos mucho y estamos orando por ustedes.

So sorry for the loss of your son at such a young age. From all I have heard about what a precious life he lived and all he had and impact on, I know he is chosen to be with his Heavenly Father. I can't even put in words how much I miss you. It's still unreal to me. I never thought you would go so soon. I always thought we would go together in the zombie apocalypse we always planned and talked about at lunch in middle school. I will forever cherish memories like that. I love you Paco the Taco. David, I have known you for what seems like forever. We have been so close. I love you with all my heart and you will forvever remain in my heart. Im gonna miss getting all the random I miss you and You're beautiful texts. I am gonna miss you making me laugh and smile. Prom isn't gonna be the same without you as my date. I will never forget the day you asked me 2/16. You're truley amazing and some type of miracle. I love and miss you, you were such an impact on my life its unreal.
