Michael Hobbs Obituary
Shane attended Bethany Baptist Church and was a member of Nine Mile Hunting Club. Shane had many friends and hunting buddies who will miss him greatly.
He was preceded in death by two special uncles, Gene Raynor and Terry Humphrey; and his grandfather, Pender Gwynn.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at 6 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Shivar officiating. Burial will be at Marshburn Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Jennifer and Ernie Brock of Richlands and Mike T. Hobbs of Richlands; his dearest sister, Ashley Hancock and her husband, Josh of Leland; grandparents, Jnell Gwynn of Richlands and William and Evelyn Hobbs of Richlands; and he had three special nephews which he loved very much, Chandler, Conner and Cyler Hancock; many special aunts and uncles; and 23 special cousins.
The family will receive friends following the service on Tuesday at Bethany Baptist Church.
Flowers are welcome, or memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Arrangements are by Johnson Funeral Home in Jacksonville.

Fatt Baby is surely going to be missed by alot of people. That was a very sad morning when we got the news, everyone was wondering where he was when he didnt show up Saturday morning ready to turn the dogs out. Hunting wont never be the same without him. He was one of a kind and a great friend!! Im gonna miss him greatly.
