Frances Brower Obituary

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Frances Pattin Brower, who peacefully departed this life on December 12, 2023. Born on April 1, 1938, Frances lived a life of richness and impact, radiating wisdom, charm, and kindness that left an indelible mark on the lives of those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her.

A Memorial Service to honor Frances, and to celebrate the remarkable life she led, will take place at Best Home Funeral Services on Wednesday, December 20th at 10 am. Subsequently, a private service will be held for the family at Best Funeral Home following a discreet burial.

Frances united in matrimony with Charles D. Pattin on December 16th, 1967, a bond that endured until his passing on June 1, 2005. Later, she re-married Don Brower in 2006, and their union persisted until his departure on 06/07/2017.

In addition to her enduring impact on the lives of those around her, Frances leaves behind a legacy that extends beyond her immediate family. Surviving Frances are her sons: Doug Pattin and Dennis Pattin, along with stepson Greg Brower. Among the cherished grandchildren are Jennifer Dutton, Alec Pattin, and Lindsay Larue. Her legacy further extends through her great-grandchildren: Ezra, Lennon, Adelaide, Mason, Wyatt, and Lorelei. We also remember Denise Pattin, Frances' beloved daughter, who preceded her in death.

As we grieve the departure of Frances, let us also celebrate the extraordinary life Frances led. May the love she shared continue to shine brightly in our hearts.

My memories of Frances go back to a one room country school that we attended at the same time. She in the5th grade and I in the 3rd. Time passes and we are both married attending baseball game as spectators. Still more time and we have children that have become friends at schoo,my son Jim, and her son Doug. Francis moved to Arizona, and because of Facebook we were once again in contact. Frances'es life was a testimony of her deep faith. Dennis and Doug I hope you live the kind of life that will bless your mother.
