Tim, this is a milestone in your life and the passing of a wonderful woman, wife, and best friend. Your care for her prolonged her life for many more years of a good but hampered lifestyle. Celebrate her life, be happy that she is with Jesus and the Lord. Kathe and I extend our sympathies and know it will be lonely. But you have many friends and your relationship with God and with Rotary to help you in your time of sorrow. God be with you, peace be with you. Your buddy and friend, Frank Keck and Kathe

June 14, 2008

From Pat and Rotary PDG Keith Hutson, from Monticello, IL:

Our hearts are filled with love for Marilyn and Tim, and with sympathy for Tim and his family.

We have many treasured memories of our time spent with Marilyn and Tim, in Mattoon and Monticello, and at many Rotary events, in Charleston, Monticello, and throughout our Rotary District 6490.

The four of us spent countless hours, as individuals, as couples, and as a foursome, over many years, in Rotary Service.

While District Governor in 1990-91, and ever since, Keith has often remarked that Tim was the very best Club President in that year. Keith was pleased to play a key role in Tim's election as District Governor for 1995-96, and to observe and trumpet Tim's achievements, as DG and in other Rotary and civic roles.

Pat and Keith are looking forward to many opportunities to continue our treasured friendship with Tim; and to hearing more about his excellent service to his community and beyond.
