Ronald Rodman Obituary

SHELBYVILLE -- Ronald Lee Rodman, 64, of Shelbyville died at 4:55 p.m. Friday (March 10, 2006) at the Shelby Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Shelbyville, with Don Wolford officiating. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Shelbyville is in charge of the arrangements. He was born Dec. 2, 1941 in Lakewood, a son of Glen William and Velma Beard Rodman. He married Caroline Robillard, in 1960; she survives. Survivors include his mother; two sons, Scot Rodman of Clarksville, Oh. and Steven Rodman of Shelbyville; two daughters, Cindy Wyatt of Mt. Olive and Carrie Laskowski of Decatur; one brother, Richard Rodman of Shelbyville; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister. Mr. Rodman retired from Caterpillar and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church. Memorials may be made to the American Parkinson Foundation.
