R. Page Obituary

Mr. R.A. Page of Harrisburg, Arkansas, departed this life on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, at the age of 88. He was born March 4, 1937 in Togo, AR, the son of the late Amos Page and Ruby Jewell Page. R.A. joined the Air Force right out of high school and served one enlistment. He was part of a medical team and was always proud of that. He married Johnita Mardis, and they enjoyed many, many years together. R.A. farmed for a while and then became a chemical salesman for Helena Chemical Company and eventually retired from there. He later became a security guard at Razor Rock. He loved to hunt and spend time outdoors. And he loved his hunting dogs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, David Page, and a half-brother, Everett Page. He is survived by his wife, Johnita Page of the home, two children, Lesa Hill and her husband John of Wynne, and Daniel Page and his wife Caprisha of Cordova, TN, three grandchildren, Luke Andrew Langley of Wynne, Rebecca Langley of Nacogdoches, TX, and Chloe Page of Cordova, TN, one brother, Don Page of Harrisburg, and one sister Mary Ann nation of Wynne, AR. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home chapel in Harrisburg, with officiating. Burial will follow in Farm Hill Cemetery near Harrisburg.
