Martha Hawkins Obituary
JONESBORO - Martha June Hawkins, 80, of Jonesboro passed away peacefully Monday, Oct. 21, 2024, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.
She was born June 1, 1944, in Jonesboro to Stanley Earl and Mary Maxine Brown White. Martha loved her son and daughter and was a very loving and adoring grandmother and great-grandmother. She was involved in all her grandchildren's school activities, her favorite being Grandparents' Day. She loved to shop and laugh with her sister and was a faithful member of Nettleton United Methodist Church.
Martha is survived by her husband, James H. Hawkins of the home; daughter, Chrystal (Steven) Glisson of Jonesboro; son, Michael (Sherri) Hawkins of Navarre, Fla.; grandchildren, Jacob (Shannon) Glisson, Sarah Elizabeth Glisson and Victoria Hawkins; great-grandchildren, Levi and Natalie Glisson; and sister, Jimmie (William) Johnson of Wynne.
