Doreen Zello Obituary
Daughter of the late Dorr Price and Anna (Griffin) Price, she was born in Hartford on Dec. 30, 1931. Doreen was a devoted wife and mother who cherished the time spent with her family. She was also a faithful parishioner of St. Mary Church in Windsor Locks.
Doreen is survived by her children, Stephen and his wife, Rosemarie of Somers, and Mark and his wife, Robin of Agawam, Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Joseph and Stephanie Zello; her brothers, Robert Price and his wife, Mary of Windsor Locks, and William Price and his wife, Peggy of Buffalo, New York; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved husband James, she was predeceased by her brothers, James and Daniel Price.
Doreen's family will welcome relatives and friends on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., at St. Mary Church, 42 Spring St., Windsor Locks. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Doreen's memory may be made to Ronald McDonald House of Springfield, 34 Chapin Terrace Springfield, MA 01107.
