Richard Perron Obituary

Richard J. Perron, Jr., 52, of Enfield, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.

He was born on Dec. 7, 1968, in Hartford, a son of Richard "Richie" Perron and E.J. Perron Davis. Richard grew up in East Windsor and was a graduate of East Windsor High School. He resided in Enfield for the past five years. He was a member of St. Catherine's Church in Broad Brook, where he was in the church choir and taught CCD. Richard was formerly employed for 18 years with Costal Tool. A member of the Boy Scouts, he was awarded the Order of the Arrow, which recognizes those who best exemplify the Scout oath and law in their daily lives, and a softball coach.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his three children, Brittany Perron of East Windsor, Bryan Perron of East Granby, and Jonathan Perron of Belchertown, Massachusetts; his brother, Christopher Perron, of Enfield; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends may gather with his family today, Thursday, June 24, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Browne Memorial Chapels, Enfield. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, with a 10 a.m. service at the funeral home, followed by interment in St. Patrick's King Street Cemetery, Enfield.
