I just learned of Rob's passing. To the family, please accept my condolences. Rob was such a good person. He had a good heart, a unique and refreshing perspective, and was one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. I am deeply saddened by Rob's loss. I have so many good memories that are connected to Rob and are a consequent of his good nature and personality. My prayers go out to his parent's. Robert was a one of a kind person and I know that he will be missed by many.

Bob and Phyllis,
I am so sorry for you both.
I just heard the news through my Mom through Danny K. I can’t believe he is gone. I have very good memories of the trips to Aspen and up at your house Bob. Rob was a very intelligent and always coming up with unusual ideas. He lived his life his way and didn’t care what others thought who didn’t understand him. I think that was one of the many similarities that we shared and what made us such good friend through high school.
By reading the guest book I can see he touched many people and helped all who asked.
Rob will be dearly missed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you Bob and Phyllis.

Robert you will truly be missed. The first time I soke to you I knew you were a very intellegent person. I am so happy we got to meet face to face when you came to the Time Warner Cable Office in Charlotte. The pleasure was truly mine. Your personality presented the love you had for yourself and those who loved you. My prayers go out to your Family and Loved ones. I know we will meet again one day.

What a loss!! There are no words to express our sympathy, so know that we are ready to show our love in lots of ways. Even while working on a host of very depressing activities, I really enjoyed being with you for the past week. Let's plan on more "togetherness".
Lots of love,
Damon and Wendy Fawcett

I remember family gatherings with our grandparents in Nashville. Rob's sense of humor and loving attitude made those times even more special. I will always remember his laugh. Love, Adie

It's hard to believe Rob is gone. What I respected most about Rob was that he lived life his way and did not fall into the trap of doing what others thought he should do. While he was taken from us much too soon, he lived a full life and had a positive impact on everyone he came in contact with. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

We moved into our home many years ago and on a 4th of July, my 3 sons ran inside and asked if they could play with the 'big kids' next door who were blowing up army men with firecrackers. I thought I'd better check on this and it turned out to be Rob and friends! They were the 'big kids' my little boys were so eager to play with. I got to know Rob better over the years since then, and we have several friends and interests in common. Spending time listening to music, playing some poker, and swapping stories, and laughing. Rob was a great guy, who was fun to be around and to laugh with. But I think my sons got it right, when they said they wanted to play with that big kid next door. And I'm glad that I got the chance to play with that big kid, too.
Fare thee well, Robert. May the four winds blow you safely home.

This is still very hard for me to believe that Rob is gone. Rob was one of my best friends and league golf partner for the Time Warner league. We have played a lot of golf together and enjoyed a few social hours together. Rob was absolutely loved by everyone here at Time Warner. He was one of the smartest people I have ever met. He made life easier for all of us with his technical expertise. He had one of the best senses of humor and we shared many laughs over the past few years. I hadn't seen Rob much since he went to work at CSG last fall, but did stay in contact every day on instant messenger. Rob and I were looking forward to another year of league golf that starts next week. I am deeply saddened and my heart goes out to the Walkers after such a tremendous loss. We love you Rob!

My heart-felt sympathy is sent to Robert's family and numerous friends. I got to know Robert in working with him at Time Warner Cable and really missed him but wished him the best when he moved on to CSG. He was always there "when you needed him" with a smile & a helping hand. He must of accomplished his assignments here on earth & moved on to a brighter & beautiful future where he can continue to share his kindness.

I worked at Alltel with Robert and we pretty much hit it off right away. He was very intelligent and caught on to everything quickly, and I was glad to see him move up to his last position at CSG. I only wish that I had kept better contact with him. My thoughts, prayers and condolences for the family, Robert will be missed by all.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Robert was a really nice guy that we lost way too soon. I only worked with Robert for a short period of time. He was a quick learner, had a nice smile and always seem to be in a good mood. I know that Victoria enjoyed working with him and that Robert was a real good friend to Victoria. I am still in shock over Robert's passing since a group of us were all out for drinks a couple of weeks ago with him. It just seems like yesterday we were out drinking. Rest in Peace Robert!!! You will be missed!

I worked closely with Robert at CSG Systems the past 6 months. He was such a good friend. I was one of the last people to talk with Robert. He was so proud of himself for quitting smoking, as we all were. I'll never forget Robert and I feel so fortunate for the time we had together and all the laughs ~ laughs ~ and more laughs.

Words cannot express how sad we feel about the loss of Rob. Having known him since he was 10 years old, we saw him evolve into such a terrific person. A talented musician, a great fan of music and art, a terrific cook, an engaging storyteller, an adventurous traveler, but most of all, a treasured friend. Always the optimist and a kind heart for those in need of assistance or a listening ear. We are thankful for the good times spent together and will cherish those memories forever.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Rob's passing.
Rob was a great guy, I went to Southeast with him, but hadn't been in touch with him for several years.
I remember lunches at Southeast, always walking to his house not far from school with him, Pat, and Todd. And after high school many hours spent in his apartment listening to music, playing guitar, and throwing darts. He never had an unkind word to say about anyone and will be greatly missed. Please except our condolences, our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Robert was a very unique guy.. I will always remember the delicious home-made pizzas he made, his enthusiasm for golf, getting stuck in the mud along the Platte River channel near Johnson Lake (we laughed so hard and we gave a farmer a story he'll never forget and never quit telling - Rob I know you're up there smiling at that thought), drinks at Marz Bar, pulling an all-nighter to get a publishing editorial job out
Certain things will always remind us of you, Rob.. Therefore, you're still with us.. God Bless buddy

I had the privilege of working with Robert for almost two years at Time Warner and in that time he was a great individual to be around. I worked and golfed with Robert for 3 years. I can tell you he was always a joy to be around. Everyone that worked with him respected his knowledge. Everyone that golfed with him enjoyed his enthusiasm. The very last conversation I had with Robert was about the Masters golf tournament and how exciting it was. We both watched it every year and we always had to discuss it when it was over. I was very sad to hear he had passed away. My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family.
