Jer, Jan, Matthew & Natalie,
I know your hearts are broken and your spirit so very fargile right now. Please know how much of a difference Andy made to literally hundreds & hundreds of people who consider themselves incredibly lucky to have crossed paths with him. In this often cruel world, it is nothing short of astounding to know an individaul such as Andy who represents all that is good and right and lived it each and every day. Although we will no longer have his earthly presence, he will continue his mission from a place where he will be forever safe and hear the angels welcoming him to his new home.
With Great Love,
Nancy & Mike Vianes

Natalie and I went to Middle school and High School together. She and I were good friends in Middle school. Somthing I remember about Andy is that one time I slept over he saw me in my Pajamas and he said"hey, I like your pajamas" it was just a simple nice comment that I never forgot. I'm sorry for the loss. My family's thoughts and prayers go out to the Werlein's family. RIP ANDY you are missed dearly.

Each life is a beautiful thread in life's tapestry. When you hold the tapestry close to you, you can see the ins and outs of the thread, weaving through the lives of all it touches. When the thread runs out, it's pattern has been completed. Perhaps it made a flower, or a bit of sky. But no matter what it made, the tapestry is more lovely because of the thread. When we stand away from the work , we can see the whole, magnificent picture.
Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. May God give you strength and comfort during this difficult time.

All Is Well
Death is nothing at all,
I have only slipped into the next room
I am I and you are you
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by my old familiar name,
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used
Put no difference in your tone,
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household world that it always was,
Let it be spoken without effect, without the trace of shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant.
It it the same as it ever was, there is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near,
Just around the corner.
All is well.

Jer, Jan, Natalie, Matthew, my heart breaks with the sorrow and pain of losing Andy. What a battle he fought, what a difference he made in the lives of many. And, in the lives of many he never even met, because he told his story and shared his pain inspiring others, and paving a way to increase exposure and understanding of his illness. I believe in Andy. I believe in the good he did. I believe in what he accomplished for others. He may not be of our world any more, but his voice remains heard and his journey made a difference in so many lives. I pray that God replaces your pain with an inner joy that only His grace could provide. May God comfort you and hold you close, Pam and Louis
