Devoted father of Bill (Elaine) of Houston, TX, and Deanie (David) Dankenbring. Cherished grandfather of Jesse, Joshua and Joanna Gumtow and Jason, Jarod and Jenny Dankenbring. Dear stepfather of Rosalind (Mark) Handschke, David (Rachel) Bartsch and Linda (Charles) Howard. Dear step grandfather of Samuel and Audra Handschke and Monica, Jason, Emily and Luke Bartsch and Lauren, Ethan and Sean Howard. Dear brother-in-law of Althea Schwartz. Further loved by other relatives and many friends. Funeral Service Sunday, June 24, at 7:00 PM, at OUR REDEEMER LUTHERAN CHURCH, 10025 W. North Ave. Visitation Sunday, from 5 PM until time of service at the church. Interment Graceland Cemetery.
