Iris Brellenthin Obituary

Brellenthin, Iris J. 82 of Elkhorn, WI died June 20, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was married to Leonard "Link" Brellenthin from 1951 to 1966. Iris graduated from Alverno College with an RN Degree and worked as the Director of St. Mary's Nursing Home, Roseville Care Center, Jewish Vocational Services and Johnson Controls before retiring in 1997 and moving to Las Vegas, NV. She did a great deal of volunteering for PBS in both Milwaukee and Las Vegas. Iris is survived by her children; Lee (Susan Paredes) Brellenthin of Grand Marsh, WI, Terry (Eric) Gefvert, Dale (Calli) Brellenthin, Susan (Stan) Skala and twenty-seven grandchildren and great-grandchildren all of Elkhorn, WI. My heart goes out to the Brellenthin family. She will truly be missed but our memories will carry us through. She will always be in God's memory as well, until the day comes when he calls her name. I will continue to pray for you and your family.
