I'm sad to say that I didn't have a lot of time to get to know grandpa John. From what I do know about him though he was very keen on making sure that his family was taken care of. He loved talking about sports. I hope to one day see him again and really get a chance to know how amazing he is!
Rest In Piece Granpa John!

I am sorry for your loss. I worked with John occasionally also as a Milwaukee Co Deputy Sheriff. He helped make Milwaukee County a safer and better place.

With deepest sympathy. John was one of my best friends after High School. He was one of the " Prudential Bombers" softball team, and bowling team. He was also a member of our wedding party. After moving out of state we lost touch. I am sorry that we will not be able to attend the service. Sincerely Peter & Linda Moritz

John and I were good friends. We grew up playing all sports at Green Bay avenue play ground. We played softball for Prudential Theatres and won many championships. Our tag football team with Don, Rich, Pete, Mick and Kent were unbeatable. John was a good bowler and golfer. I will never forget the good times we had together.

My condolences to John's family. He was a great MCDS, as he enjoyed his job so well. I am sadden by his passing on, so young too. He enjoyed sending his funny e-mails to me and his other friends. John is gone now to a better place, may he rest now in peace.
