Nancy and family,
Rick and I are deeply sorry for your loss. I remember the conversation that we last had with John, truly heart felt and talked about his history. Yet we remember the first. When he first opened the resturant, a happy friendly buisness man who made you feel so welcome in his, your home, "Johnny Manhattan's". We will continue to dine in one of the finest resturants in Hubertus. Thank you Johnny for the wonderful memories. Nancy, and family I hope that you find peace and know that John had touched so many people and made such a difference in many lives.
Thank you for letting us get to know you both. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

My heartfelt sympathy to Nancy, Brian, Tammy and Chris. Uncle John sponsored our "Here For The Beer" volleyball team for many years in West Allis. We didn't get up to Johnny Manhattan's as much as we would have liked to, but it was always a pleasure to see Uncle John whenever we could. He will be deeply missed.

Johnny was the type of person we need more of in the world - always a smile on his face, a hug or a handshake and always spoke kindly of others. The world won't be the same without Johnny - but we suppose heaven... will only be a better place!!

John's been a dear friend to us for many many years, dating way back when we got married 15 years ago.

I am completely besides myself right now and cannot even think straight! John was and is a wonderful man and was always there for me IF I ever needed him! I considered him a "step-father" even though him and my mother Bonnie never worked out.
Nancy, you have never been anything but KIND and loving and accepting to me! I remember the day you and John got married! I was so happy for you both! I have always and will always love you both so much! I know I was never john's "daughter" but he always was very good to me!
I cannot imagine not having him in our lives right now. I am just so torn that I can't even comprehend that he is no longer with us!
To the Meleski family, my loving thoughts, prayers and wishes are with all of you right now! I love and miss all of you!
