Williams, Najee Allen Najee Allen Williams was born on February 5, 1994, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Tracy M. and Victor A. Williams Sr. (Deceased). Najee Williams passed away at the age of 22, on Sunday, September 18, 2016 in Oceanside, near where he resided in Lake Elsinore, California. Najee leaves to cherish his loving wife Kristy L. Williams, step son Mikhail Hardeman, his mother Tracy Williams, brothers Nyles A. Williams and Victor A. Williams Jr., sister Destinee (Jehu) Forte. Visitation at Funeral Home on Saturday, October 1 from 9 AM to 12 Noon. Funeral Service at 12:30. Interment Monday, October 3 at 12 Noon at Southern Wisconsin Veteran s Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove, WI. Najee graduated from Brown Deer High School in June of 2012. During his high school career, he was recognized for his academic performance along with his athletic talent in football and track. Najee enlisted in the Marine Corps on December 10, 2012. Najee received a promotion as Sergeant of his Battalion as of October 1, 2016. Najee enjoyed spending time with his family and planning for the future. He also enjoyed playing football, basketball, running track, and demonstrated an abundance of love toward his family.

To Najee Williams mom Tracy,

You sat next to my husband & me on the flight from Chicago to San Diego on Sept 19th; you told me why you were on your way there and my heart broke for you. I had lost my son Damon six years earlier, so I knew what you were experiencing and would have to endure in the days to come. I have thought about you every day since that flight, hoping you were holding up, whatever that means when you lose a beloved child. Your son died on my son's birthday, Sept. 18; he would have been 49.

I tried to contact the marines for your address, but no luck. I will just leave this note in hopes that you will see it. I just wanted you to know I will never forget you, God bless.

I'm so sorry for your lost. Najee was just A good guy. Good friend with my son and a teammate on the football team with my son. Najee was a joy to watch. Smart young man living his dreams. We lost a very good young man. I'm praying for his family especially him mom. Please Lord give her the strength needed right now. Rip Najee RIP

Looks like a young Man who was doing everything right, in a world where doing wrong is sadly much more common. God bless Him for his service to our country, the Marines are a tough outfit, with a heroic and proud Tradition. I am so saddened by Najee's passing. We were just getting re-acquainted as family.

I had texted him shortly after his dad passed away in 2014. However, I didn't hear back from him until a couple weeks ago on September 15th. He apologized for the delay and said that he had just recently seen the text. We texted back and forth a little bit about family connections..and now he's gone. His presence, though brief, will be truly missed.

Sincerest condolences from the Hooks and Parr families. Praying for strength and courage to bear the sorrow that we are all feeling.
