To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, ""I welcome you.""
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......""My day was not in vain.""
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

To the Fath family...
Words, however kind,
can't mend your heartache: ,
but those who care and ,
share your loss wish you,
comfort and peace of mind.,
May you find strength,
in the love of family,
and in the warm embrace,
of friends.,

You were one of my favorite cousins and you have no idea how much our family was shocked to hear of your passing. We love and miss you very much. You were too young to die and no one can ever replace you.

Hey Stevie, I can't believe that you are gone. We had some great times together. Thank You for all that you have done for me. I will never forget it. Thank You for believing in me.
I recently tested my next level in martial arts. My test took 2 days. During those 2 days that I tested, I thought about you a lot. I passed my test with flying colors. Even at my awards ceremony when I received my new sash I was thinking about you.
You were a great friend as well as my cousin. Whenever I needed help with something you helped me whenever you could. Thank You.
I will miss you a lot. I will always keep you in my prayers and my thoughts.

I lived across the street from Steve for 16 years, and still call that house home. My family grew up with all of Carl's children, they were our family. Steve was always there when someone needed him and did the best he could. Steve had the most bizarre sense of humor but it fit his quirky personality. He would give whatever he could even if it was just an ear to explain your problems to, an extra pair of legs when the dogs got loose, or a joke to put a smile on your face. It will be a great loss to go home and look across the street and feel the emptiness that lossing Steve has created. He had family all over the United States, and will be dearly missed.

The world lost a wonderful man, a devoted family man, and a beloved friend. Steve was the type of guy that, yeah his sense of humor would catch you off guard, but, no matter what would make you laugh. He had a way that no matter what mood you were in, he could either make you laugh or just all around help you with what ever emotional distress you were in.
I remember a conversation that Steve and I had at my wedding and his words were the deepest that I have ever heard: "I have no friends, only family!" Due to his demeaner, anyone that knew Steve knew those words to be true.
My deepest appologies go out to his immediate family.
However, my appologies also extend to the rest of his family, and we all know who we are!

A friend you could talk to and he would just listen if that's what was needed.Steve treated all his friends like they were family. He believed he didn't have friends! That everybody he cared for and cared for him was family. We aren't saying good-bye.We are just saying later until we our together again.Steve you will be Missed Deeply by everybody that consider you family. Our Sampathies go out to the Fath Family for their lost.Steve Will Always be in our Hearts & Memories!!

May God and Family take care of those of you left behind and help you find comfort thru the pain. But please remember that with sorrow comes happiness and thru confusion comes anwsers, thru memories comes hope, its okay to cry, scream, to question why? But remember we are the ones who keep his memory alive! We are the the ones Steve will contune to live thru. His children will live thru, grow up to be, so lets show them how Steve really was/is!
I have to say I didn't get to see him much these last few years he came back from what I saw and heard he came back to overcome a lot and for that I'm proud and that is the stregth we should remember!
Love Tracie
