This will sound really strange. Deanna and I were spirts of the same order. My parents grew up in Larned, and I was born in Lawrence, but ended up moving across the street when I was in 3rd grade. She was 3 months older, but from 3rd grade until we moved back to Lawrence my freshman year. We were our first boyfriend and girlfriend. I had forgotten about Deanna and 50 years later I had a vision. We were sitting in Heaven I guess and was talking to me and holding my hand on this beautiful Bar like table that went on forever and golden walls that shined with light. I don't know what she was telling me, but both of us were so happy to see each other. Finally, She kissed me and I woke up. I had a great mission to find her sisters, and finally found Jennifer. I wrote to here of this vision and how my life turned out to be a artist also. Jennifer wrote me back, a beautiful letter and said she would call the other two sisters. Well that was truly a vision that I never expected, but were like two peas in a pod, always together, and our first true loves.

I was saddened to learn of Deanna's passing. I was also in her West High School class of '72. I still have some of the graduation announcements she made for me.

It makes me so sad to hear of Deanna's passing! Bob, please know my thoughts are with you. She was truly one of my best friends when we were younger and I loved her very much. She had amazing artistic talent in so many ways and man could that girl dance!!! Disco that is! I'm assuming the Celebration of her Life will be in Carbondale. To Deanna's sisters, I am so sorry for yet another loss in your life! The world has lost a beautiful person.

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Deanna's passing. She was in my high school class of 1972 at West High School. We lost track of her and have missed her gorgeous smile and her laughter. Such a talented woman. Several of us are interested in attending her celebration of life if we can get details. Rest in peace, Deanna. You truly made this world a more beautiful place.

I just heard of the passing of Deanna. We had MANY a party at your and Bob's home. What fun we had and how talented you were and an asset to Wichita. You will be missed. I am so, so sorry. Your passing was way too early.

Deanna was not a close friend, but a women I admired. She was very special to our neighborhood many years ago, and I have all good memories of things she did for us all. Sincere condolences to Bob. Rest in peace Deanna.
