Kansas City, Missouri - James Hedstrom passed away peacefully after a brief, but difficult battle with cancer on January 13, 2022 at the age of 77. Jim requested a cremation and that we scatter his ashes so his body may be returned to the earth. Jim was survived by his loving wife Dianna Hedstrom, his daughter, stepchildren and grandchildren.

Dianna, my name is Linda March. My husband Gary and Jim were good friends. You may know that Gary passed away 9 years ago.
I'm so sorry to hear about Jim. I had just tried calling the cell number that I had for him to let him know about the wife of a mutual friend from their class at Wyandotte High School.
I would very much like to visit with you about Jim sometime if you would too. I'm sorry I missed the celebration of his life. Not sure how to best give my contact information here, but you could reach me at [email protected]. Sincerely, Lyn
