There are no words to describe how truly sorry I am for the loss of Mark. Mark will be missed by so many. He was the guy you wanted in your corner and always by your side. He loved unconditionally. As we all should. My heart will continue to ache for some time but I will forever treasury all my memories of him. Mark was a wonderful husband and a fantastic friend. To the Jaramillo Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Mark. I was in Las Vegas when I received a phone call and was very saddened. I remember Mark very well as Mary and I were good friends. We worked together at La Siesta and when Lupe and John were away for the Cursillo the boys would call me up and ask me to come over and cook for them. They used to tease Mary so much about using makeup, throwing away her makeup and not being able to cook. Those are just some of the memories I have. You have a wonderful family and with Mark gone I'm sure you will feel loss but you have all of those wonderful memories that no one can take away. Mark was a little mischievous but that was part of his great personality. He was always willing to help other people when needed and had the greatest smile ever. As I get older, I believe that everything happens for a reason, maybe we don't know why now but it will come to light and I am sure Mark is at Gods side. Jackie, my niece and him are in heaven laughing together not worrying about the worries of today just waiting for the rest of us to join them. He is at peace now and I will pray for all of you that life will get easier as time goes on, because that is the only thing that helps relieve your pain and that is time!! Tio Johnny, Tia Lupe, Cristine and all my cousins,
I am so proud to say Mark is my cousin, part of our family. When dad was alive he would talk about Mark and share about Mark's character. I was very saddened by the loss of Mark. I was Mark's basketball coach at OLG and he was full of energy and was a great player. Attentive, talented and smart. I received the news over the weekend while we were in St. Louis and it really hurt. I still saw Mark in my mind as that little grade school basketball player and that smile he had that could illuminate a room.We send our utmost and sincerest condolences to the whole family . I would see Mark off and on but those times were far and in between but he would always come over to say hello.

Just know that Mark was a very special person with just about everyone who knew him and he will always be missed.
